Q. Why choose Coastal Baby Rentals?
A. As a mom who travels frequently to see my own family, I wanted to create a company that offers the absolute best equipment on the market today for families traveling to the Jersey Shore. Coastal Baby Rentals provides everything I wanted for my own family while away from home, with a focus on excellent products and excellent service. I provide the same brands of baby and toddler equipment for rentals that I use at home with my own daughter, and truly want to make your stay at the Jersey Shore as care-free as possible. I am confident your little travelers will be as comfortable away from home as they are at home, and guarantee your satisfaction!
Q. What type of discounts do you offer?
A. We offer custom discounts for multiple item and long term rentals, and do work on offering specials and package deals. Just email us to inquire.
Q. How new is your rental equipment?
A. All our premium baby and toddler rental equipment has been purchased new by Coastal Baby Rentals. We are meticulous in maintaining our products, which are thoroughly sanitized and checked for wear and tear after each and every rental. When any damage or wear is noted, we immediately replace the product. Our gently used equipment is always donated to Operation Wishing Baby Well, and distributed by the Yoga and U Foundation to families in need in our local community. Q. How is your baby equipment cleaned?
A. We always use non-toxic and environmentally friendly cleaning products to maintain ultra-clean, hygienic, and health-conscious equipment for your children. All our products are thoroughly and meticulously cleaned after each and every use, and we always ask ourselves "Would I want my own child to use this product?" before we deliver it to you.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellation outside of 72 hours will not be charged. Orders canceled after that time period will be charged 50% of ordering costs, and If an order is canceled on the same day of delivery, 50% of the delivery fee will also be charged to cover the preparation of the equipment for delivery.
Q. Does Coastal Baby Rentals give back to their local community? If so, how?
A. From the day Coastal Baby Rentals opened it's doors, we have been a leader and innovator in our industry - not just with our business, but with our involvement in our local community as well. Stephanie Frith, owner and operator of Coastal Baby Rentals, has partnerships with several local non-profit, family-focused organizations. This past summer she launched her first-ever Operation Wishing Baby Well Baby Gear Drive, asking her local community to donate their used baby equipment to the Yoga and U Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Point Pleasant, committed to helping families in need. Over 500 baby essentials were collected and distributed to local moms, dads and children who needed it the most. Stephanie also volunteers her time as a member of the Brielle Education Foundation, a local organization committed to supporting specific projects and programs that will stimulate a higher level of excellence in the Brielle School District and mobilize community support and involvement. Q. How does your Try and Buy program work? I love BOB Joggers, but I hate spending the money if myself or my child(ren) are not happy with it.
A. As a mom myself, I discovered my favorite pieces of equipment by going through several different brands and/or models first, and you end up with alot of equipment you don't even use! I want to help other moms/dads like myself wherever possible, and this was one way I thought I could. I became an authorized dealer for BOB for Coastal Baby Rentals, so I could offer the BEST joggers on the market today (in my opinion) in my inventory. I thought why not create an offer to let my customers try them first, and if they love them as much as I do, I can not only order a brand new one for you, but credit your rental price towards your purchase of a brand new BOB. This has become an increasingly popular option for parents who use Coastal Baby Rentals - so try it before you buy it!
Q. Do you install car seats?
A. We are not authorized to install car seats. Manuals are available for all of our products, upon request. We also recommend that you visit our local fire stations and arrange their help with installation.
